This policy explains what information JP Games Studio uses in CEO: Holding Empire, why it is used and how to contact us about your privacy.

What information do we use?

We store your player identifier, nickname, profile image and game progress. When you connect an account, this information is linked to it. Device and app information, usage data and error reports may also be processed. If you send feedback, we receive your message, an optional email address and any troubleshooting details you choose to include.

Why do we use your information?

We use your information to save and restore progress, provide leaderboards, deliver purchases, show ads, improve the game, prevent errors and misuse, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing, ads and payments

Information may be shared for these purposes with providers of data storage, analytics, advertising and payment services that support the game. Your nickname, profile image and game statistics are visible to other players on leaderboards. Optional rewarded ads may use your device advertising identifier, approximate location and ad interactions to display ads and measure results. The app store processes payments; we receive purchase verification details, without access to your card details.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve support requests and meet legal obligations. We use access restrictions and secure data transmission to protect your information. Uninstalling the game does not automatically delete your online account or records.

Account and data deletion

To delete your account and related data, open Settings > Account and data > Delete my account and data in the game. Hold the final confirmation button for 3 seconds. This cannot be undone. Once deletion is complete, data on this device is cleared and the game closes.

A limited processing record is kept for 7 days to confirm deletion and prevent old records from returning. App store payment records are outside the scope of this action.

Children’s privacy

The game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Please contact us if you believe a child’s personal information has been shared with us.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the game. The current version is published on this page, with the last updated date shown above.
